Sales & account management
Quote jobs, build relationships with teams, breweries, schools and brands, and own accounts start to finish. Good on the phone, organized, comfortable asking for the order.
Screen printing & press operation
Burn screens, register jobs, run manual and automatic presses, and hand-inspect every piece. Detail-obsessed people do well here.
Embroidery & digitizing
Hoop, run multi-head machines, and keep stitch quality tight. Digitizing experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Graphic design & art prep
Turn rough logos into print-ready art, build separations, and send proofs customers actually understand. Vector fluency required.
Production & fulfillment
Receive blanks, stage jobs, fold, pack, ship and keep the floor moving. The job that makes every deadline possible.
