Terms of Service
These terms apply to orders placed with Fully Exposed Graphics LLC, 302 Industrial Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107. Placing an order means you agree to them. Questions? Call 505-492-3707.
Quotes
Quotes are estimates based on the details you give us — garment, quantity, number of ink colors, print locations and turnaround. If any of those change, the price changes. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise. Blank garment costs are set by our suppliers and can move; we will tell you before we proceed if a quoted price is affected.
Artwork and proofs
You are responsible for having the right to print the artwork you send us. By submitting artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you agree to cover any claim arising from artwork you supplied. We may decline any job.
We send a digital proof before production. Nothing prints until you approve that proof. Please check spelling, colors, sizes and placement carefully — once you approve, approved artwork is what gets printed, and reprints for errors in an approved proof are billable.
Payment
A deposit may be required before production begins, with the balance due before pickup or shipment. We accept the payment methods listed at the shop. Custom-printed goods are made to order.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is typically 7–10 business days from proof approval, and rush options are available. Turnaround starts when the proof is approved and payment terms are met — not when the order is first placed. Supplier stock issues, weather and shipping carrier delays can affect timelines; we will always tell you as soon as we know.
Garment quantities and spoilage
Printing is a physical process and a small amount of spoilage is normal in the industry. We hand-inspect every piece, and we recommend ordering a couple of extras on critical jobs. If we come up short on a run, we will tell you and make it right.
Customer-supplied garments
We will print on garments you provide, but we cannot guarantee results on items we did not source, and we are not responsible for damage to customer-supplied goods. Ink and press behavior varies by fabric.
Color matching
We Pantone-match inks on request. Colors can vary slightly between fabrics, dye lots and screens, and screen colors on your monitor will not exactly match printed ink. Minor variation is normal and is not considered a defect.
Returns and claims
Because every order is custom made, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizes ordered, or errors present in an approved proof. If there is a defect in our workmanship, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will repair, reprint or refund the affected pieces at our discretion. Please keep the pieces in question so we can inspect them.
Pickup and shipping
Local orders can be picked up at 302 Industrial Ave NE. Shipped orders travel with tracking; once a carrier takes possession, delivery timing is in their hands. Please inspect your order promptly on arrival.
Unclaimed orders
Completed orders not picked up or paid for within 60 days may be considered abandoned, and any deposit may be forfeited.
Portfolio use
We may photograph finished work for our portfolio, website and social media. Tell us in writing if you would prefer we not show your project.
Communications
We contact you about your order by phone, email and — if you consented — text message. How we handle your information, including SMS consent and opt-out, is covered in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or missed events.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version posted here at the time you place your order is the one that applies.
