Custom screen printing that outlives the trend
Real plastisol and water-based inks pushed through hand-burned screens onto premium blanks. It's the way great shirts have been made for 60 years — we just do it with more care than most.
The workhorse of custom apparel
Screen printing is still the gold standard for a reason: the ink bonds into the garment, colors stay loud after a hundred washes, and per-shirt cost drops fast as quantity climbs. If you're ordering 30+ pieces of the same design, nothing beats it.
We print on manual and automatic presses with tight registration, Pantone-matched colors, and cure every print on a calibrated conveyor dryer — the difference between a print that lasts and one that cracks by month two.
Specialty options? Puff ink, discharge, metallics, oversized prints and more. If you've seen it on a streetwear drop, we can run it.
Runs of 30+ · team & event shirts · brand drops · uniforms · bold spot-color designs

What drives your price
Every job is priced on what it actually takes to make it — no padded list price, no haggling. These are the levers, and we'll walk you through them on your quote.
Screens get burned once whether you print a dozen shirts or a thousand. The bigger the run, the thinner that setup spreads — which is why per-shirt cost drops hard as the count climbs.
Every ink color needs its own screen, and every location — front, back, sleeve — is another pass on the press. A tight one-color design runs leaner than a four-color print in three spots.
The blank is usually the biggest single piece of your total. A basic tee and a heavyweight Comfort Colors or AS Colour blank are different animals — we'll show you both before you commit.

You get a digital mockup with exact print size, placement and Pantone colors. Nothing prints until you sign off.
We burn & print
Screens get coated, exposed and hand-checked. Then your run hits the press, and every piece is inspected as it comes off the dryer.

Before you ask
What's the minimum order for screen printing?
30 pieces per design. Below that, screen setup makes the per-shirt price silly — which is why we also run no-minimum DTF printing for small batches.
What file type should I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal. High-res PNG at 300 DPI works too. Got a blurry screenshot of your logo? Send it anyway — our design team rebuilds art every week.
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
Yes — we Pantone-match plastisol inks. Give us the PMS code or a reference and we'll mix to it.
Plastisol or water-based ink — which should I pick?
Plastisol: brightest color, sits on top of the fabric, maximum durability. Water-based: soaks into the shirt for a vintage, no-feel print — the choice for premium streetwear. We'll recommend based on your art and garment.
Do you print for customers outside New Mexico?
Every week. Send art, approve your digital proof, and we ship tracked boxes to all 50 states.
