Embroidery is the most durable and the most premium-looking decoration you can put on a garment. Ink sits on fabric; thread is part of it. A stitched left-chest logo survives industrial washing, jobsite abuse and years of wear — which is why it's the default for corporate apparel, uniforms and anything a customer shakes hands in.
Every design is professionally digitized in-house — mapped stitch by stitch for the exact fabric it's going on, not run through some auto-converter. Then it's sewn on multi-head commercial machines with thread matched to your brand colors, multiple thread colors in a single design.

What drives your price
Every job is priced on what it actually takes to make it — no padded list price, no haggling. These are the levers, and we'll walk you through them on your quote.
Embroidery is priced by stitches, not colors — a 12-color logo costs the same as a 2-color one at the same size. Most left-chest logos land between 5,000 and 10,000 stitches; a jacket back sits far above that.
A new logo has to be mapped stitch by stitch before a machine can sew it. That's a one-time fee, quoted up front — and the file is yours, so every reorder skips it entirely.
Polos, jackets, workwear and bags all carry different blank costs, and you can supply your own. More pieces in one setup means less hooping time per garment, so the run size moves the number too.

What is embroidery digitizing, and why does it cost extra?
Digitizing converts your logo into a stitch file — a machine can't read a JPG. A good digitizer chooses stitch types, direction, density and underlay for your specific fabric, and that skill is what separates a crisp logo from a puckered mess. It's a one-time fee, quoted up front with your order, and reorders reuse the same file at no charge.
What's the minimum order for embroidery?
No hard minimum — since there are no screens to burn, we can stitch a single jacket. The sweet spot is 30+ pieces, where digitizing spreads thin and per-piece pricing gets friendly.
Can you match thread to my Pantone colors?
Yes. Thread comes in set colors rather than mixed ink, so we cross-reference your PMS codes against the thread chart and match to the closest thread — for most brand colors that's visually dead-on. Send your codes and we'll show you the match on your digital proof before anything sews.
Embroidery or screen print for polos?
Embroidery, almost every time. Polo knits are textured and stretchy, which fights ink but suits thread — and a stitched logo reads more professional on collared garments. Full breakdown: screen printing vs embroidery.
