Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, business or organization name, and the project details you submit through our quote and contact forms.
- Artwork and files. Designs, logos and files you send us so we can produce your order.
- Order information. What you ordered, quantities, garments, dates and related notes.
- Basic technical information. Standard web server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How we use your information
- To prepare and send you a quote
- To produce, proof and deliver your order
- To communicate with you about your project, including by phone, email and — with your consent — text message
- To send occasional marketing about our services, which you can opt out of at any time
- To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes
SMS and text messaging
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS is used solely by Fully Exposed Graphics to communicate with you, and is shared only with the messaging providers who deliver our texts on our behalf.
How you opt in. We only text you if you gave express written consent — by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, by texting us first, or by giving us permission in writing or in person. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
What we send. Messages relate to your quote, artwork proofs, order status and pickup or shipping notifications. If you opted in to marketing messages, we may occasionally send promotions or new-service announcements.
Message frequency. Varies based on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at 505-492-3707. You may also ask us to remove your number by email at any time.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We send quotes, proofs and order updates by email. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly. Transactional emails about an active order will still be sent so we can complete your job.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it — for example our print-shop management software, payment processor, email and SMS providers, and shipping carriers. These providers are required to protect your information and may not use it for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
Artwork and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the artwork you send us. We use it only to produce your order. We archive your files so reorders are faster — tell us if you would prefer we delete them. We may photograph finished work for our portfolio and social media; tell us in writing if you would rather we did not show yours.
Data retention
We keep order records and related information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. You may request deletion of information we are not required to keep.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to customer information to the people who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP
- Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message
- Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it

Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we will change the "last updated" date above and post the new version on this page.
